Welcome to the 2017-2018 School Year!!!

I hope that everyone had a fantastic summer. I am so excited to start another school year with an amazing new set of bright minds :) 

Upcoming Events:

Monday, August 21st: Back to School Night (5:00pm-7:00pm)

Tuesday, August 22nd: First Day of School (The entire first week of school will be early dismissal)

Monday, September 4th: Labor Day--NO SCHOOL

Friday, September 8th: Pillow Day (We will be making pillows for our classroom at 12:30pm in the activity room. Parent Volunteers are needed)

Friday, September 19th: Fun Run Kick-off

Friday, September 29th: Fun Run (more information will be provided)

February Calender

Feb 1st-3rd: Parent Teacher Conferences (I look forward to seeing all of you)

Feb 9th: Fourth Grade Field Trip to Salt Lake City (we need parent volunteers to attend). We will be visiting the Natural History Museum, Pioneer Museum and the State Capitol. It will last the entire day.


Feb 14th: Class Valentines Party (please have your student create and bring a valentine box)

Winter Updates

December 7th: 4th Grade Business Day (10:00-11:00 am). We will give the students more information about this next week.

December 21st: Class Holiday Party (short day, students will be dismissed at 1:15). Winter break begins--Class resumes Tuesday, January 3rd. 

January 3rd: First day back after winter break

January 12th: 2nd Term Ends

January 13th: No School

January 16th: No School--Martin Luther Kind Day Observed 

Fall News

October 17th-19th: Parent Teacher Conferences (I look forward to seeing you!)

October 20th-21st: Fall Break---NO SCHOOL

October 27th: School Carnival (5:00pm). Costumes welcome.

October 28th: Professional Development Day---NO SCHOOL

October 31st: Halloween Party (afternoon). No costumes.

November 23rd-25th: Thanksgiving Break---NO SCHOOL

April 21st: Choir Concert (either 9:00am, 1:30pm or 6:00pm)

April 25th: Sage Testing Begins

Winter Calendar

February 3rd-5th: Parent Teacher Conferences. I hope to see you all there!
